Website, E-mail and General
Data collected - I do not collect any visitor data from this website. Adobe Portfolio is the website host, and may collect data such as IP addresses in order to ensure the service is performing optimally. I have no control over this.
If you contact me via the contact form, I will obtain your email address, and any other personal data that you might have placed in the subject and message fields. All such e-mails are stored on my own mail server, protected with two-factor authentication and based in the UK. Any devices which have access to the email accounts are encrypted, and protected with fingerprint/faceID and/or physical token authentication.
I will only use data you have provided me with in order to answer your query, or to fulfil your order, commission or request. I will retain this information for audit and accounting purposes. I will never sell your details, not use it for any other purpose.
If you no longer wish me to hold your personal data in the form of e-mails, please contact me and make that request, and I will delete all data I hold about you to the extent I am able (retaining anything legally required such as model consent forms etc).
All photography stored on disk is encrypted, protected with strong authentication, and my backups are stored (in an encrypted form) on AWS S3 in the London region.
Commissioned Photography
Where you have commissioned me to take photographs of you, you have given your consent to my use of your data as follows:
◦ Process your data and images for the purposes of fulfilling your commission
◦ Use said images for my own publicity portfolio, both online and in print
You have the right to request removal of your data, including images. You will need to contact me, and this will be assessed on an individual basis. I reserve the right not to remove photographs from my collection under the "legitimate interests" clauses, however, I will be sensitive to the reasons for requesting removal, and will do so if appropriate.

Event Photography
Where I have been commissioned by a publication to obtain photographs, you agree to the following:
◦ Verbal consent will be requested before any photograph is taken. Where you have posed for a photograph this consent is assumed to be freely given
◦ I may process your image data in any way necessary to fulfil my commission from a publication, including assigning rights to publish the image to a third party (the commissioning publication).
◦ I may use the image for my own purposes including publication on my website, portfolio and advertising purposes.
You have the right to request I remove your personal information, and where possible this will be honoured. If I am still in the venue, you may request I remove the image immediately, and this will be done. If the event is over, you will need to contact me, with a photo of yourself so I may identify which photographs you appear in, and again will be removed. However, due to the short lead-times in publications, it may not be possible to prevent initial publication of the image. However, the withdrawal of consent will be passed on to any third parties the image has been supplied to.
